Scenic Stays is run by Gunnar, who knows what it means to need a comfortable place when life is in motion. The goal is simple: give people in transition a furnished home that just works, in two great locations across Tennessee and Georgia. That means honest communication, quick answers and spaces that are genuinely ready to live in. Whether you are here for a 13 week assignment, a long project or a fresh start, you will be looked after by someone who actually cares how your stay goes.
Our furnished units are mid term rentals with a minimum stay of 30 nights. From there you can stay as long as you need, including several months.

Cancellation terms are confirmed in your booking agreement and depend on how far out from your check-in date you cancel. Because mid term stays block out longer windows of availability, we encourage guests to confirm dates before booking. Get in touch and we will walk you through the current policy and any options for changes or extensions.
Check-in is from 3pm and checkout is by 11am. If your travel or assignment schedule needs something different, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate an early arrival or late departure.
Yes, pets are welcome with a pet fee. Please let us know the type, size and number of pets when you enquire so we can confirm the fee and any house rules for your stay.
Yes. Each unit comes with one free on-site parking space, so you have a guaranteed spot for the length of your stay.
